FNP – BS
Arturo Rangel, a Laredo, Texas native and J.W. Nixon High School graduate, discovered his passion for healthcare early on. After earning his bachelor’s in nursing with honors from Texas A&M International University in 2017, he gained diverse experience in San Antonio’s medical-surgical, telemetry, and peri-operative units. Motivated to make a greater impact, he went on to earn his master’s in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is certified by the AANP.
Arturo specializes in functional medicine, focusing on educating patients on lifestyle changes to prevent chronic conditions. He is trained in men’s and women’s health, hormone therapy, thyroid management, and physical medicine. Arturo values a personal connection with each patient, helping them achieve their health goals.
Outside of work, faith is central to his life. Arturo and his girlfriend, proud fur-parents to French bulldogs Jax and Olive, enjoy hiking, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
