Dr. Carla Quintana

Born and raised in San Antonio, I’ve always had a strong connection to this community. My passion for serving others began early through involvement with the Boys & Girls Club and volunteering with organizations like Haven for Hope, the San Antonio Food Bank, and Habitat for Humanity. Those experiences shaped my desire to make a meaningful impact through healthcare.

In 2023, I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic along with a Master’s in Functional Nutrition from Parker University. Today, I’m proud to be part of the team at the Institute for Functional Health, where we work collaboratively to help patients uncover the root cause of their health concerns and build personalized plans that support lasting results.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me running, hiking, or exploring new coffee shops around San Antonio. I’m passionate about equipping patients with practical tools, education, and a clear path forward—so they can take control of their health and improve their quality of life.
